Yes. Many DPD services offer a choice between door to door collection and convenient drop off at thousands of DPD Pickup Shops across the UK. Most services require you to print the shipping label before you drop off. Your booking confirmation will include label and drop off instructions.
DPD services typically accept parcels up to 30 kg, with size limits that vary by service. Long or bulky items may incur surcharges. You can add optional transit cover during checkout for extra protection, subject to exclusions. Standard liability is limited by carrier and sometimes service and reflected during the booking process. In addition some items are not covered, so please do check our Prohibited & Restricted items. If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact our Support team with your Interparcel reference so we can investigate with DPD and ultimately our Claims Team.
