Yes. Print and attach the shipping label from your Interparcel booking confirmation before the driver arrives. Yodel drivers do not usually supply or print labels at the door. If you don’t have a printer, consider a drop-off service or check for label-free options at checkout if available.
Collections usually take place Monday to Friday, during the day. Cut-off times for same-day collection vary by postcode and are shown at booking. If you miss a collection, contact our support team who will re arrange for you.
