Every Parcelforce shipment booked via Interparcel comes with full end to end tracking. After booking, we email your GB tracking number and you can follow progress in your Interparcel account or on our Tracking page. You can also sign up for email and text alerts as part of the booking process.
For most UK Parcelforce services the maximum weight is 30 kg per parcel, the longest side can be up to 1.5 m, and the combined length plus girth must not exceed 3 m. Exceeding these limits can cause surcharges or returns. Use our booking form to confirm service specific limits before you ship.
Yes. With Interparcel you can choose a door to door collection by Parcelforce, or drop off at thousands of Post Office branches and Parcelforce depots for eligible services.
Most Parcelforce services include standard transit cover, typically up to £100 per parcel. During checkout at Interparcel you can easily add enhanced cover for higher value items, subject to our Prohibited and Restricted Items list. Always declare the accurate item value to ensure your item is fully protected in transit.
When you book Parcelforce Euro Priority or Global Priority via Interparcel we automatically generate the necessary customs documents from the details you provide. Print and attach them as instructed. International shipments may be subject to customs checks, duties and taxes, which are payable by the receiver or sender unless you select a DDP service where available.
